Raw vegetables

Fresh raw vegetables make excellent low-calorie appetizers or snacks. For an attractive appetizer, select several of following vegetables suggested. Include a variety of shapes and colors and place them in a pattern on a Platter.

Serve with bowl of dip (recipe follows) in the center of the platter.

Asparagus spears
green onions
broccoli florets
jicama
carrot strips
kphlrabi wedge
celery sticks
cherry tom.
radish roses
rutabaga wed
cucumber slices
snow peas
green beans
turnip wedges
green bell pepper strips
zucchini
