Creative Chef Pasta Primavera


1 - 10 3/4 oz. Campbells Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic & Herbs Soup
1/2 cup milk (skim)
3 tbs. Parmesan Cheese, grated**
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 cups cut-up vegetables*
2 cups hot cooked spaghetti (about 4 oz. uncooked), cooked without salt

In medium skillet mix soup, milk, cheese, lemon juice and pepper. Over medium heat, heat to a boil.

Add vegetables. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Toss with spaghetti.
Serves 4.

*Use a combination of broccoli flowerets, cauliflower flowerets and green or red bell pepper

**Parmesan cheese packs a lot of flavor in a small amount and presents a healthier alternative to butter or oil to flavor pasta, potatoes and salad.
