Oriental Openers

1/3 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
2 tbs. reduced-calorie soft-style crream cheese
2 tbs. finely shredded radish
1 tbs. snipped fresh chives
Dash onion salt
24 fresh sugar pea pods

For filling, stir together ricotta cheese, cream cheese, shredded radish, chives, and onion salt. Mix well. Set aside.

With a sharp knife, split pea pods open lengthwise. Stuff each pea pod with filling. Chill till serving time.
Serves 6 (4 pea pods each)
