CREAMY GARBANZO DIP 1 20 oz can no-salt-added
garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed Combine all ingredients except parsley in a blender or the work bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Process until smooth. Pour into a small bowl and sprinkle with parsley. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate for later use. Makes 32 servings, 1 tbs.
