CREAMY GARBANZO DIP

1 20 oz can no-salt-added garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 tbs. olive oil
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
3 tbs. skim milk
2 med. cloves garlic, minced
1/8 tsp salt
Dash hot pepper sauce
1 tbs. sesame seeds, toasted
1 tbs. finely chopped fresh parsley

Combine all ingredients except parsley in a blender or the work bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Process until smooth. Pour into a small bowl and sprinkle with parsley. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate for later use.
