Corn Muffins 1c. less 1 tbsp. Flour 1 c. less 2 tbsp. Cornmeal 1 tbsp. Plus 1 tsp. Double-acting baking powder 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp. Salt 1 c. skim milk 1/4 c. Flieschman's fat free margarine 2 egg white, beaten Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar
and baking powder. In a separate bowl combine remaining ingredients. Add
to dry mixture. Spray muffin pan (12 cups) with Pam and fill 2/3 full.
Bake 15-20 minutes at 425*. Makes 12 |
